Why Negative Ions ?
According to scientific experiments, people need 13 billion negative ions every day, but our home and office environment can only provide 0.2 to 2 billion negative ions. Under low negative ions, the health of urbanites is deteriorating. Example: In urban rooms, the content of negative ions is 100/cm3. which is easy to cause physical disorder, headache and insomnia; Nature places such as forest, mountain and water fall consist of negative ions at concentration of 2000 - 5000/cm3 which will make people will refreshing.

- At the end of the 19th century, Dr. Philip Lennard, the Nobel Prize winner in Germany discovered that the air would generate negative ions after being hit by wind, rain, thunder and electricity, moreover the negative ions could absorb nearby pollutants and make the air fresh and pleasant.

- In 1885, Arrhenius next received a travel grant from the Swedish Academy of Sciences, which enabled him to study with Ostwald in Riga (now in Latvia), with Friedrich Kohrausch in Würzburg, Germany, with Ludwig Boltzmann in Graz, Austria, and with Jacobus Henricus van 't Hoff in Amsterdam.
- In 1889, Arrhenius explained the fact that most reactions require added heat energy to proceed by formulating the concept of activation energy, an energy barrier that must be overcome before two molecules will react. The Arrhenius equation gives the quantitative basis of the relationship between the activation energy and the rate at which a reaction proceeds.
- About 1900, Arrhenius became involved in setting up the Nobel Institutes and the Nobel Prizes. He was elected a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences in 1901. For the rest of his life, he would be a member of the Nobel Committee on Physics and a de facto member of the Nobel Committee on Chemistry.
- Arrhenius was one of the founders of the science of physical chemistry. He received the Nobel Prize for Chemistry in 1903, becoming the first Swedish Nobel laureate. In 1905, he became the director of the Nobel Institute, where he remained until his death.
